Hiveterminal Invoice Buyer Registration Manual
Eligibility
Hiveterminal is open to invoice buyers who fulfill the following set of criteria:
- Are 18 years of age or older;
- Is not a citizen of one of the excluded countries;
- Have a bank account in their own name;
- Wish to open an account on Hiveterminal under their own name;
- Understand the risks involved with invoice receivable financing and have taken appropriate measures to mitigate such risks.
Registered individuals are then evaluated through an additional set of criteria during the user verification process.
User Registration Process
STEP 1:
In order to register for an account at Hiveterminal, visit: https://hiveterminal.com/.
To access the registration screen, click the “Register As invoice buyer” button in the "New to our platform?" section of the left navigation panel.
This is the screen you will be presented with:
STEP 2:
You will need to provide the following data:
- Your first and last name.
WARNING
The most common mistakes during registration happen here. In all instances where Hiveterminal asks you to provide your first, last or full name, write it exactly it appears on your government issued documents. This will greatly improve the speed with which your registration is verified.
- A valid email address you have access to.
To proceed, check the "I'm not a robot" field and click "Register".
STEP 3:
You will receive an e-mail from Hiveterminal containing your unique username as well as a link for setting your password.
WARNING
Make sure you save the username as you will need it each time you log in. Trying to log in by using your e-mail instead of your username will not work.
Click the link to set your password.
TIP
Hiveterminal recommends you select a unique password that is hard to decipher. Keep this password safe.
STEP 4:
After setting a password, you will be redirected to the Hiveterminal "Login" page, where you will use your username and password to log in.
STEP 5:
Fill out the “Personal Data” section of the form.
WARNING
If you are by any chance traveling or are for any other reason mapped to the wrong country based on the IP address, make sure you correct this before clicking “NEXT”.
STEP 6:
Based on your country of origin, you will be able to select one or more ID Document types in a panel on the left.
Upload photos of the front and back of your ID documents by clicking the appropriate page. This acts as a button & will open a file upload window.
WARNING
Make sure the photos of your documents are up to 4MB in size and can be read clearly. If you have mistakenly selected the wrong photo, just click the same button again and a file upload window will reappear.
Once your images are selected, click “Next”.
STEP 7:
Upload a bank statement/utility bill that is not older than 3 months. Your name and address should match your ID documents and the data you have provided in the “Personal Data” section.
WARNING
Make sure the photos of your bank statement/utility bill are up to 4MB in size and can be read clearly. If you have mistakenly selected the wrong photo, just click the same button again and a file upload window will reappear.
Once your image is selected, click “Submit”.
STEP 8:
When your document upload is completed successfully, this screen will appear.
Once your verification process is completed successfully, you will be able to log into Hiveterminal Platform. For help logging into Hiveterminal, is available in this manual's "Logging into Hiveterminal" section.
TIP
If your user verification process failed for some reason, please reach out to Hiveterminal Support Team as they will be happy to assist you.
Logging into Hiveterminal
Log in
In order to log into your account at Hiveterminal, visit: https://hiveterminal.com/.
To access the login screen, click the “Log into your account” button in the "Already a member?" section of the left navigation panel.
This is the screen you will be presented with:
You will need to provide:
- your system-generated Hiveterminal username
- the password you have chosen
TIP
If you are having trouble remembering your system-generated Hiveterminal username, you can find it included in the Hiveterminal Registration email. This username cannot be changed.
WARNING
Make sure you save the username as you will need it each time you log in. Trying to log in by using your e-mail instead of your username will not work.
Upon clicking "Login" you will be transferred to your "Market" tab.
TIP
You can change the default tab within "My Account".
TIP
Additional security features, such as two factor authentication, can be turned on within My Account section of the Hiveterminal.
MINIMUM HVN BALANCE FOR INVOICE BUYERS
Upon logging into Hiveterminal Platform for the first time, you will be asked to make a deposit of 1500 HVN or more. This deposit will ensure access to all sections of the Hiveterminal Platform.
Hiveterminal users who have less then 1500 HVN associated with their Hiveterminal Platform account, won't be able to see the invoices to currently listed in the "Market".

Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten the password you have chosen at the time of registration, there is an option to have the ability to reset your Hiveterminal password.
STEP 1:
On Hiveterminal "Login" page, locate the blue "Forgot Password" link above the password input field.
STEP 2:
You will be prompted to provide Hiveterminal with the email account you used at the time of registration. Then click "Send".
STEP 3:
You will be taken to this screen, asking you to check your email inbox, which you used for registering your account.
Shortly, you should receive a following email into your inbox.
Click the blue "Password Recovery" button to proceed with reseting your password.
STEP 4:
You will be taken to Hiveterminal "Password Reset" page, where you will be asked to choose a new password. When done, click the blue "Reset" button.
After your password has been reset, a screen will be shown to you confirming your Hiveterminal pasword has successfully been reset.
TIP
You can also change your password within the "Security" tab of "My Account" module. You can change your password within the "Change password" panel.
Forgot your username?
TIP
If you are having trouble remembering your system-generated Hiveterminal username, you can find it included in the Hiveterminal Registration email. This username cannot be changed.
If you have forgotten your Hiveterminal username you have been assigned at the time of registration, there is an option to have the ability to be reminded of it.
STEP 1:
On Hiveterminal "Login" page, locate the blue "Forgot Username" link above the password input field.
STEP 2: You will be prompted to provide Hiveterminal with the email account you used at the time of registration. Then click "Send".
You will be taken to this screen, asking you to check your email inbox, which you used for registering your account.
Shortly, you should receive an email into your inbox. Follow the instructions on the email.
STEP 3:
You can now log into Hiveterminal with the username assigned to you at registration time.
